As-Is Analysis
Knowledge and Resource Reviews identify systems, processes, and resources that work, and those that do not. Our Learning System facilitators combine the information gathered throughout these reviews for a final analysis of your organization's learning system, culminating in a State of Training Report. Recommendations for high impact initiatives, needed resource creation, and staffing requirements are provided as go-forward guidelines.
Mapping Strategy
Recommendations for learning system changes, in the As-Is Analysis, show you point A (where you are) and point B (where you want to go), Executrain’s Mapping Strategy focuses on defining the path between the two by developing implementation plans and defining best practices in your training environment.
Staffing Management
How do you become equipped to handle the new requirements proposed in the Mapping Strategy? Our Learning System facilitators review and interview existing staff to ensure that they meet the new requirements, interview candidates, staff and train resources required for any initiative.
If our analysis concludes that staffing needs are not being met, we will provide additional staff for temporary initiatives, or long-term projects on an as-needed basis.
Materials Management
Why “recreate the wheel” when it comes to training materials? In our As-Is analysis we identify existing materials available for training initiatives. Recommendations will be made as to which materials are approved for use, what is in need of updating, and which materials to remove from circulation.
High Performance Training Program
Executrain will bring your training organization up to world class levels quickly. If you choose to take the reins after the initial project, routine reviews held quarterly, semi-annually, or yearly are recommended.
