Information You Need
Executrain’s Enterprise Learning Analysis provides you with the information you need to make decisions. Our goal is to compile the data necessary to create effective ongoing strategy, quickly and efficiently.

Understanding existing knowledge levels and resources within an organization is a critical link to developing successful learning initiatives. Executrain performs a comprehensive analysis that provides a landscape snapshot of: potential threats, weaknesses, ongoing successes/opportunities, identification of subject matter experts, and identification of disparate training initiatives.

Our consulting services are designed to increase the performance, productivity, and efficiency of your organization.

Landscape Snapshot
A snapshot of your organization’s current environment, structure, culture, and perception of training is gathered. This allows our facilitators, and you, to define a baseline for all future and ongoing initiatives.

Knowledge Inventory
Understanding the current competency levels among your employees is an absolute necessity. Identification of gaps in employee knowledge allows you to develop plans that target specific needs that bring greater returns.

Recommendations for learning system changes, in the As-Is Analysis, show you point A (where you are) and point B (where you want to go). Executrain’s Mapping Strategy focuses on defining the path between these two points by developing implementation plans and defining best practices for your enterprise.

Resource Inventory
Have you inventoried the training resources available within your organization recently? Manuals, training guides, white papers, success stories… physical resources often exist within organizations, yet go unutilized. Classification of existing materials can often reduce development costs.

Human Resources—What about human resources? Identifying SMEs (Subject Matter Experts) within your organization can be very strategic with any learning initiative. SMEs are the individuals that often harbor mission critical information or processes not necessarily stored in any corporate documentation. Identifying your SMEs, utilizing their working knowledge, and documenting best practices should always be a top priority.

As-Is Analysis
Each review process identifies systems that work, and those that need improvement. Our Learning System Facilitators combine all information gathered throughout their discovery reviews for a final analysis of your organization’s learning system.

The As-Is Analysis is a critical component that allows Solo Learning to offer accurate and appropriate recommendations.

State of Training Report
The State of Training report consists of Executrain’s strategic plan for:
  • High impact initiatives
  • Needed resource creation
  • Staffing requirements
