Solo provides the flexibility to host training, resources, eLearning, instructor-led training, and manage everything internally. Solo will change the way employees access new training by associating employees with "learning paths". These learning paths can include assessments, training, PDF documents and more. In addition, discussion groups can be associated with learning paths giving employees the opportunity to post and view others questions, creating an online community. Solo has the flexibility to network authentication so employees can access Solo without a separate Username and Password.

Solo’s Discussion Boards promote an "online community" within your organization. Onsite and Remote employees can access the threaded messaging board and discuss best practices, subject matter expertise and more. The Discussion Boards promote a knowledge management environment through an online community.
Solo allows custom assessment, quiz creation and tracking with multiple choice, fill-in-the-blank, essay, true-false questions and more. Solo can even associate a custom certificate to each course or learning object.
Solo Certification Tracking allows Solo to track internal or third-party certifications down to an individual level. Some of the new features include e-mail reminders and notifications for expiring certifications, credit tracking, and reporting on Student Name, Learning Path, Certification Name, Issued By, Certification Type, Original Certification Date, Renewal Start Date, Renewal End Date, Number of Ongoing Credits Required, Current Credits and more.
Solo includes over 30 standard administrator reports, and a SQL open back-end built in .NET for unlimited reporting capabilities. The optional Solo Custom Report Writer allows for unlimited report configuration.
