Certain positions in an organization require very in-depth knowledge of the software capabilities. Positions such as SharePoint Site Owner, Project Manager, Accountant, Database Manager, and Executive Assistant often require more advanced skill-sets related to the software application.
Training Goal
Provide in-depth training on a specific software application.
Course Content
While content can be customized, it can also follow a predetermined skill-set recommended by the software manufacturer. These classes are normally categorized into three levels:
- Introduction
- Intermediate
- Advanced
Courseware
Where shorter classes normally benefit from the advantage of a Quick Reference Card, these classes often utilized full-length class manuals.
